Question: How can i pay for my order?
Answer: You may pay with a debit or credit card or PayPal
Question: When will my order be sent out?
Answer: Orders are dispatched between Monday - Thursday 10am - 3pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm. Please allow up to 24 hours from order confirmation to dispatch. Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.
Question: How do i know my size?
Answer: The most accurate way to choose a size when buying our waist trainers is to measure your waist using a measuring tape. If you are in between sizes on our size chart we recommend that you order a size up to avoid discomfort. Never size down! Our shapewear is designed to slim and smooth, so picking a size too small will cause bulges and discomfort. Contact us if you need help picking a size.
Question: Can i exchange an item?
Answer: Our policy lasts 7 days from receipt. If 7 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Most of our items are of intimate nature and do have close skin contact and as such, we need to be fair and firm with our return policy. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be free of markings or stretched out marks. The item should also be in the original packaging with original tags attached. Items that clearly show signs of wear or stretched out will not be accepted. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase, which is your order number.
Question: How to care for Queens Fitness waist trainers?
Answer: To maintain the quality and strength of the materials, we recommend hand washing our items with mild soap and letting them air dry. DO NOT MACHINE WASH! DO NOT MACHINE DRY!
